Hello all STT Brothers, just wanted to let everyone know that this weekend at NJMP was an awesome weekend! Myself and a couple of friends rode both days and really enjoyed ourselves. I also wanted to ask about the guy that went down on Saturday with the 1098, my thoughts and prayers go out to him his friends and his family. May God keep them strong and in his good graces.
The injuries where pretty bad. In terms of details, i think it's up to the club to post what ever they feel is appropriate. There was another rider who highsided going around turn 5(?) after the bridge. I saw the aftermath, and he laid on the track for a good few minutes without moving. Apparently, he regained consciousness once the ambulance picked him up. Pretty scary sh*t. Both incidents where single rider crashes. Very strange, for I thought overall everyone rode pretty well for that event. Maybe the severe crash on Saturday had an effect on everyone else, who knows.
I rode in B and we had a guy go down on the follow the leader lap at about 40mph. Just that kind of morning. Not making lite of the two injured riders.
