New brake pads and oil and stripped for the Suzuki brake master cylinder recall in the am...back at it soon!
We have found that the "off-season" is when we are the busiest. Upgrades, maintenance, sponsorship proposals, planning, fundraising (anyone want to buy a t-shirt or hoodie, please?) I'm ready for the season to start so I can relax...
I've got a single circuit service in the trailer and two dedicated 15 amp CBs for warmers on a outside trailer receptacle.
C'mon John......I gotta give him some grief......he's an E.E. and I'm a Journeyman Electrician.......he's got the brains and I've got the strong back...........eh, not so much anymore.
Rebuilt the calipers on the wife's bike as they were dragging, and on mine.... ...and working every shift so I can take some off for track days:thumb:
Yep, offseason is the busiest time. R6 got a motor rebuild, suspension refresh and a new paint job. 675 has to have some trans work done and the RSV4 has to go back on the dyno to sort out a flat spot at 7500rpm. Plus getting a new suit made and patches on it. And trying to stay on top of training. Friday I had 4 surgeries on my left arm so I will have to do a ton of work (when cleared) to get ready.
Dr. Emmett Brown...:lmao: What's bad is I haven't powered it up yet. Going to do that today. I bought some new parts and had some old parts, and threw lots of stuff at the trailer and what stuck got left in there.
I'm sure it will be just fine, but I couldn't pass up an opportunity like that without asking who wired it! :thumb:
Didn't get the new bench painted but she's powered up and ready for NOLA. The bench folds up flush and out of the way when bikes are on board.
Thanks, here's one with the bench folded and painted. The two carriage bolts up top just slide in for storage to hold the legs in place.
