Worst track rider i've ever seen

I'm just glad the star of the show wasn't a fat guy on red white and blue honda with a red bell helmet

 

At some point the person behind should be bringing that video to a coach or an admin and intervention should take place. WE as a community are responsible for our own safety. Just because you pass a rider like that doesn't clear you from his path at the next turn. It is up to everyone to get things like that under wrap asap.
