WTB 08 r6 gas tank

    Hi! I need an 08 r6 gas tank due to my crash at Barber last weekend. Any help is appreciated. :)

    And I'm not sure. Even if so, the dent is on like the top. So I'm not sure if it would have even helped.

    If it's just dented and doesn't leak why not just keep using it.

    +1. If it is a minor dent, you might also wanna check out those auto dent shops and see if they can fix it.

    I've seen a couple posted at www.r6-forum.com
    You may want to check it out and keep an eye out. They seem to go pretty quick. I was looking around to replace mine too after a crash at Putnam but decided to just slap some tank sliders on to cover up the dents instead. I've seen them go anywhere from $250 - $600 depending on condition. I'll let you know if I come across one anywhere else. Good luck!

    I waited and finally came across a brand new tank on ebay for 200. If yours is not leaking, just take your time , one will show up.

    I've used tanks dented worse than that. As long as it doesn't leak.

    I would suggest picking up a set of ETI Tank sliders when you get a new tank too.

    It's not leaking. I definitely plan on getting those.
