If it's just dented and doesn't leak why not just keep using it.

 

+1. If it is a minor dent, you might also wanna check out those auto dent shops and see if they can fix it.

You may want to check it out and keep an eye out. They seem to go pretty quick. I was looking around to replace mine too after a crash at Putnam but decided to just slap some tank sliders on to cover up the dents instead. I've seen them go anywhere from $250 - $600 depending on condition. I'll let you know if I come across one anywhere else. Good luck!

 

I waited and finally came across a brand new tank on ebay for 200. If yours is not leaking, just take your time , one will show up.

 

I've used tanks dented worse than that. As long as it doesn't leak.

 

I would suggest picking up a set of ETI Tank sliders when you get a new tank too.

It's for an 07 but I think it'll work on an 08
may want to check to be sure. Guy says he'll paint it for you too, I don't know how much he charges for it, but it's convenient!

Nope wont fit. Gotta be an 08 or newer
