Just a little taste of the Sportbike Track Time.com 2009 schedule. We have been getting a ton of questions about the new track in Northern KY, Bluegrass Motorsports Park. Below is the 2009 weekend schedule. This awesome new venue has a ton of elevation change, a straight long enough to land a jet on and a great combination of fast and slower turns. WERA is holding a National at Bluegrass in June so our April or May events offer a good opportunity to learn an "all new" venue (in addition to the WERA Friday practice round). We will also be adding some "Wide Open Wednesday's" to our schedule as well. These days offer six uninterupted hours (noon till 6PM) of open track for one low price. This may be a premature question, but is there any insight into what cost will be for this track compared to others? Thanks in advance, and thanks for letting us know the dates!
Think somewhere in the range of Autobahn or Putnam. Maybe $170 possibly $165... for weekends still doing the numbers. Wide open Wednesdays are $140 for the day (12PM to 6PM) and we may do $100 for 1/2 day from 3PM - 6PM....
SWEET! Was in the area this week so i went by to check it out but gate was locked. No work due to bad weather. Cant wait
5-year average high is 70, so it should be great! What configuration is completed/would be run? They have about 70 different ones on their website!
well being 30 minutes away and having wednesdays off, this will be really cool for me. not to mention just an outright great idea.... as long as the skill levels aren't to varied.
