Okay, This is getting a little out of hand... I'm doing a lot of the prep work tonight. We're looking at about 15 lbs of pork, one 7 lb. leg of lamb, 3 gallons (give or take) of baked beans and about 2 gallons of cole slaw. I think I'm gonna have to upgrade to commercial equipment... one new feature this year is that I've made my own bbq sauce from scratch, my own secret recipe... Ah hope y'all are hungry! Cheers, Chef
Awesome dinner man!!! Thank you so much for your effort. All of you that didn't stick around missed out on something really special. That was the best meal I have ever ate at the track & the best lamb I have ever had in my life.

I'm thinkin' about coming back in October -sound good? It was great to meet you all! I had a blast this weekend. Lance
