Everyone is Family Respectfully, I would open it up to anyone who wants to participate. STT is for everyone, staff, track riders even to those who don't ride (corner workers, emergency workers...) Personally, big and with quality makes for many fun memorable experiences. If people can't make it, it happens, its life oh well. I will work on Nick. He has been looking slightly flabby as of late, I think I can take him. Looking forward to January 19th.Still would recommend a new thread to get freshness. Your fan .

The real point of this party is to see old friends, not to impress Martha Stewart. If everyone walks in with a beverage of some kind and a bag of chips or a cheese tray or something, no one gets hurt out of pocket and we can accommodate as many as show up. If someone wants to get fancy and actually feed the crowd, a Webber and some burgers and sausages would do. Uncooked leftovers keep well in the freezer and feed the family later. Another option would be to hit everyone up for $5 at the door and order some pizza. It's just really hard to set up a party for a big group, because it never fails that fewer people show than you were expecting, unless you play it conservative. Then 20,000 people show up. What would totally suck is a repeat of ABomb's Autobahn event, the best party ever for 300 that only 20 people showed up for. Man, I still don't remember that Sunday. I think I was Novice Lead Instructor. It must have gone OK, because no one complained....

Yeah ya know what,I think K-3 is right,basic's is all we need,We've got a really nice venue for it,maybe we do a byo booze,then after a head count,just get the old webber or two and cook up some burger's and brat's,the objective is to see friend's and party a bit.I,frankly don't have the time for a big production,unless someone else doe's and want's to volenteer,let's just keep it simple.
