Richard Awesome response! I own a Restaurant and Bar, the customer is always right, my a**. I wish I had the balls to tell some of them off. Thanks for running a Great operation. I love STT, --Trevor and Nick are the tops! My son and his friend (8 years old), who came with me to Gingerman, wanted to meet Jason. You, in the middle of making adjustment to his bike, stopped what you were doing, against my wishes, and got Jason to come out to say hello. Jason insisted they sit on his bike for pictures!! With him!! Where else would this happen? I will be a member of STT for life. Hopefully my little boy too! We do not need these types in the pits/track. I come to enjoy myself and have fun. ALWAYS DO!! THANKS RICHARD! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
I didn't go through the entire thread... ...this is my first season with STT... ...great coaches, great organization, great people... ...just wanna say, LOVE STT!!!
Chris i totally agree with this being a family environment. My 7 year old son went to a riders meeting with me and because he had been a few times before he remembered Trevor’s speeches and was answering some of the questions. It gave everyone a great chuckle. Later that day guess who he makes friends with (the Ogre!) Ed Satori. With his eyes wide open shinning with excitement he says, "Daddy i like that man he is funny". My son rides dirt bikes so I am working at bringing my son up in the right environment to ride motorcycles. Thanks for a creating a great track, family and motorcycle environment. It still amazes me that you guys exist. You know you have a great product when your customers are willing to bring up the next generation in it and tell friends.
I have yet to see a better example of the narcassitic 'me me me' view as that displayed in this OP - and then it got worse...and a better attitude/choice of words would have prevented ALL of it. Maybe I'm just getting old...
Just came across this gem, wow. Seems like most places I've bought anything from have a store credit, no cash refund policy. Why should stt be different? Sorry to beat the dead horse.
Lol.. Running his I-mouth cost him $400+ :lmao: Knowing many of the folks that run STT I think the proper resolution was applied Fixed Don't let the door hit ya where the good lawd split ya!
